RCI Marine (Rashmi Coaching Institute — Marine Wing) provides live and recorded coaching for MMD written examinations and oral assessments. By creating an account or enrolling in a batch, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Subject fees are payable in advance to confirm a seat. Seats are allocated on a first-paid basis and are limited per batch where seat caps apply. Fees paid are for access to that specific subject's live sessions, recordings and study material for the duration of the batch.
Live class links (Zoom) are provided only to enrolled, paid students for the subject in question. Sharing access credentials or class links with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted. RCI Marine reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts a session.
Fees are generally non-refundable once live classes for a subject have commenced. Refund requests made prior to the first live class will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly to discuss any payment issue.
Your name, email and phone number are used only for account access, seat/payment confirmation and — where applicable — video watermarking to protect course content from redistribution. We do not sell your information to third parties.
All recorded lectures, notes and PDFs remain the intellectual property of RCI Marine. Redistribution, resale or public sharing of course material is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
RCI Marine may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
